Adding additional fields after initial data pulls

Does anyone know if there is a proper way to add additional fields to data pulls after the initial runs have occurred? I’ve added some additional fields to runs for Marketo Lead data and the additional fields seem to be hit and miss on what has actually been pulled through. Not sure if I should delete and start over at this point or if there is a better way.
